Day 2 of the ScaleUP Summit shifts the focus from insight to application. Hosted at the Hyatt Regency Calgary, the morning begins with a keynote exploring the leadership and strategic capabilities companies need to scale in an uncertain environment.

Following the keynote, participants will join curated roundtable conversations with fellow CEOs and senior leaders. These small group discussions create space to reflect on the ideas explored throughout the Summit, exchange perspectives with peers, and share practical lessons from the scaleup journey. It’s an opportunity to turn insight into action alongside leaders facing many of the same challenges.
